Hummingbird Property Management, LLC

I have had an outstanding experience renting from Hummingbird. Connie is upfront but kind, and made the leasing process easy and informative. Every question or request is responded to almost immediately, and I am always met with a friendly response. By far the best experience I have ever had in my now 6 years of renting amongst many management companies. My rental is beautiful, updated, and AFFORDABLE. Thank you so very much for the experience you create!

I have rented from Hummingbird Property Management for about 2 years. I appreciate the diligent work and professionalism Connie puts into her business. She is responsive and makes sure any issues that come up inside the home are taken care of. I feel cared for as a resident and not just treated as a number. Where I live is one of the things I am most thankful for with living in Bend. And the Hummingbird Property Management is part of that. I highly recommend this property management service!
