This was the BEST gym experience I have ever had. Both Madeline and Claire customized my experienced, remembered me and gave me a personal tour, and were always open to questions. They made me feel like each time I visited, I had the place to myself. I have loved my experience here, I couldn't recommend it enough. The workout itself is so efficient and detoxifying - I had never been in a sauna before! So many options to vary each experience you have! Definitely try it out. Just give them a call or walk right in like I did - you won't regret it!

I LOVE this gym! The management and staff are great, it’s a 24 hour gym. The saunas…HELLO! They are wonderful! I love saunas so much so working out in them and sometimes I just sit and stretch is amazing. The virtual instructors are inspiring and motivating. There’s an app to schedule works that are either 15 minutes for the HIIT workouts and 40 minutes for workouts like yoga, ISO and bands. There’s also an area for non-sauna workouts. Overall, this is my all-time favorite gym! I feel motivated to go regularly because I love it so much!

The employees were welcoming and kind! Kellie provided outstanding service. She discussed their various specials and guided us through the gym, explaining the usage of each piece of equipment. We engaged in a 5-minute cycling session followed by 35 minutes of mat pilates, which was quite an experience. The room was heated, causing us to sweat a lot, and I'd say it's suitable for individuals who wear hijabs too, as they covered the glass with a towel, which was fantastic.
