Homes by Breann Team - Real Estate

10/10 process with Mikail Askeriiani. He was smart and informative throughout the entire process. Quick to help schedule house tours the same day and also be knowledgeable about the houses history. I had a great time with him for my first time buying in the Oklahoma City metro. Open, honest, and most importantly, on your side. Helped negotiate deals and manage all aspects of the process to make it as quick and easy as possible. I would highly recommend going with Mikail for anyone looking to buy a home!!

Sue Ramirez was amazing!! She helped us find our new home, and never gave up searching. She would send me new homes that fit our parameters as soon as they became available, and was always able to get us scheduled in to see the homes when it was convenient for us. She is a very sweet, caring individual that always looked out for what was best for us. She will tell you all the positives about the homes and also advise about the possible negatives and what they can cost. I love that she never once said anything about how much she could make or how much her agency would get or anything like that. I would recommend her and the team at Homes by Breann to anyone looking to make their next purchase. They actually care about whats best for you and your family and will always listen and do their best to get you exactly what you need. We asked for a home in a certain area for a certain price with a certain amount of land and they exceeded expectations by getting us nearly 5 times the land we asked for in the exact area for lower 15k below budget!! They are truly amazing, and made our home buying experience as stress free as possible. Thanks again Sue!! BBQ on us when we get moved in!!
