I recently contacted Home Heating and Cooling for a quote on a heat pump and gas furnace to replace my current furnace and provide cooling for our house. First off the team was awesome. Neil evaluated my current HVAC system and provided a variety of options and prices to fit our needs and budget. We decided to go with the Premium option and signed the contract and got on the books for the duct cleaning and installation of our new system. Indra and Raymond demoed our current furnace and ducting and provided the duct cleaning service which took about two hours (see the before and after photos). After the duct cleaning Indra and Dakota started the installation of our new heat pump and furnace. They were professional and coordinated the concrete cutting and electrician to get the appropriate ventilation lines in place. They initially said it would take about three days to complete, but finished a day early. Needless to say we're very happy with our new system and highly recommend Home Heating and Cooling if you need HVAC services in Central Oregon. Thanks for team's help Ric!

Home Heating and Cooling did an excellent job with cleaning and repair of under the house ducts. Raymond is so professional and has such a wonderful personality. He answered any questions we had and gave us valuable information along the way. What a credit to the company right along with the young man who was in "training". Absolutely no complaints. I purchased a 20 year old home 11 months ago and have used Home Heating and Cooling to assess, clean, service, and repair the HVAC system. Every service call from them has been excellent. Communication is great, they’re punctual, and careful in the home when working. They have provided assessments of the condition of the system and recommended repairs. Given the age of the HVAC system, I have appreciated discussions with the service techs about service that would be beneficial in the short term vs longer term deferrals vs waiting until it’s time for a full replacement. Derek has been my service tech on most visits. He’s great if you get a chance to work with him. Their receptionist/scheduler, Diane, also is fantastic to work with.
