Impressed from start to finish! We bought a new house about a year ago. Our A/C stopped randomly and no amount of DIY experience investigation would reveal the reason. I was about to call my usual HVAC crew but the home is a recent build and the system under warranty and the Home Comfort sticker was square on the front of the unit. The manufacturer website also listed them as the closest authorized service center. I called in first thing on Monday morning and was greeted by a very friendly scheduler. (Wish I could remember her name!) She got me on the schedule for the same day! She said Jeremy would call me before heading over. A couple hours later I got the call. Right away I knew this was going to be fun. You could hear his professionalism and pleasant attitude over the phone. (I'm never that positive on a Monday afternoon when I'm at work) Jeremy was right on time. Made sure our on-site technician was properly consulted. (In this case, our on-site expert is our 13 year old Dachshund who is also an expert plumber, electrician, appliance installer and full time security professional) I led Jeremy to the unit, explained my feeble attempts at trouble shooting, he opened the door and literally spotted the problem in less than 15 seconds. He was very gracious when I explained my in depth experience troubleshooting HVAC (That experience is none, dear reader) and my shock in missing the obvious. He fixed the problem, cleaned up after himself. Let the site cleaner than he found it. Explained what he did, how I can avoid this scenario in the future. He went above and beyond all with a smile. I figured that even if the rest of the Home Comfort crew is half as capable and friendly as Jeremy, I was in good hands. Before he left, I signed up for a long-term maintenance contract. In all seriousness though. This visit was 5 stars. The work impeccable, the pricing fair and it didn't feel like I had a stranger in my house trying to sell me things.

Edwin came out today to do a maintenance check on our Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner. He was amazing. He was polite and friendly while also knowledgeable and professional. He has definitely convinced us to only call Home Comfort for any of our home heating needs cooling needs.

Joe and Cameron came out and were incredibly professional. Pre called on their way to the site, arrived on time. This is the second time we’ve used their company. They are amazing, efficient and highly reliable. They replaced an aging toilet and installed a new one, after giving us choices. Super fast work and cleaned up after themselves. Other companies should take note. I did contracting work in my early 20s and this is how business should be done. We had another company who worked on our home a couple of years back due to flooding and it was a nightmare. We’ll use this company from now on. They’re coming back to install a water filtration system. We love these guys! 10/10 highest recommendation possible from our point of view. Almost forgot to mention very affordable as well!

Technician arrived at appointed time, and very quickly found the issue with our tankless water heater. Adam was very informative through the whole process, and cheerfully answered all of my many questions. Even though he needed to order two parts, he was able to clean up the electrodes on each flame sensor enough to give us hot water again until the new ones arrive and are installed. After he completed work on the water heater, he had a look at our ductless heat pump system, showed me the issues, gave me a fair price to service the unit, then quickly performed the work. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again in the future.

This year I decided to replace our aging HVAC system (heat pump, furnace, thermostat). Of the 3 companies I talked to, Cory was the most knowledgeable, answering all my questions without pushy sales tactics. He presented me with a quote for a system that met our needs and was reasonably priced. Made it an easy decision! Home Comfort staff were great with timely communications and on install day, Joe and team (Austin, Trevor, and Dave) were able to do the removal and installation in one day. System works great, really love quiet of the variable speed heat pump. It heats our old house much better than the old single stage system. Very happy.
