Holmes By Design

We wanted to give a big thank you and shout out to Mike Sica and his crew! He worked endlessly on managing our home renovation/addition and did a beautiful job! He was always available if we had questions and would help guide us in selecting things for our home especially when I struggled to make decisions! He really went the extra mile for my husband and I and we appreciate him so much! I would recommend him to anyone looking to build or renovate their home !

Holmes By Design was professional, dependable, and delivered my client's custom home on time. I would recommend Holmes Design to buyers that are looking to build a superior built home. Our client's had a great experience with Andy Holmes. Andy has also built an office staff that is a team that works together to provide professionalism. Holmes by Design's millwork is exceptional. The quality of Holmes by Design homes is "top of the class". My real estate team was very impressed with the whole build experience.

Andy, Laura, Johnny and Doug were an exceptional team with which to work on our new home construction. Whether it was helping us choose tile and flooring, providing a weekly status update, doing walk throughs of the house with us or working through details of the closing, everyone was responsive, courteous and quick to make us feel at ease. The finished house is of the highest quality, energy efficient and a place that feels like home when you walk through the door. I could not recommend Andy and his team highly enough. If you are looking to build a home in Rutherford or surrounding counties, do yourself a favor and give Holmes by Design a call.
