HiLine Homes of Salem

We are thankful Hi-Line was able to get our build in before crazy covid world really affected the build. I would recommend them mainly for how quickly they completed the project. If you are willing to put in the work of maintaining the site and getting your utilities connected/installed yourself , this is a brilliant way to go. Once we had a concern with our project manager, the manager in salem was very quick to resolve and step in to placate our concerns. I agree with a previous review, it would have been nice to have more guidance on how to design colors for cabinets and flooring. We would probably choose a different carpet now that we see it all installed.

I had the 1675 model built by HiLine recently and am very happy with how it turned out. There were a couple quality issues during the build, but HiLine has been extremely accommodating in resolving every issue. The one thing I really wish they did was painting and clean up, and if there was one thing they did really well it was in responding quickly and taking responsibility for their mistakes.

We love our home. It was a smooth process over all. Went up in about 9 months. Only thing I wished is the experience at Cherry City was disappointing... thought we would have had more help with design. I don’t love my kitchen because I am not a interior designer. But I would recommend Hiline.
