Hero Home Inspector

Lance is incredibly helpful as an inspector. He's willing to work with my awkward schedule if I have questions and need to call outside normal hours, and I appreciate that greatly. As a first time buyer I don't know much h about inspections or what he's looking for, and really appreciated him reviewing everything with us after he finished his inspection. Overall great experience!

Very friendly and straight forward. Left us feeling like a good and thorough inspection was done on the house. Would recommend Lance to anyone.

I’ve used many house inspectors over the past 25 years, Lance is one of the best. He’s patient, kind, willing to answer any question with a detailed answer (even during the inspection) and has excellent communication before and after. I would give my strongest recommendation to Lance.
