Our AC unit wasn’t working at all, making a hissing noice, and blowing warm air. We received a postcard in the mail for Heritage Heating and Cooling, so we booked online. Lawrence was prompt getting back with us. He came out and assessed the problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issue in terms I could understand. He went above and beyond to get our AC going. We will recommend him to everyone. He is honest and won’t try to sell you something that isn’t needed. Prices are reasonable. We will definitely use him in the future and will have him comeback for maintenance.
