I have gotten to interact with several of the employees at this local Herc center though a DIY project on my house. They are a knowledgeable and upstanding group that care about you as an individual, not just your money. A huge shout out to Chris and Kiki for their exceptional customer service.
Bar none, this is the finest equipment rental facility I have ever seen. At 69 I've seen them all. And they are all good. Without knowledgeable employees all the equipment in the world will not solve the customer's problem. This staff is GREAT! Despite rates and days of usage almost all rental yards will cut a customer slack if that customer has a good reason for having not returned equipment in a timely fashion. There is lots of wiggle room here in that regard. I think you would get a fair shake every time. I certainly did.
