I was initially skeptical of the idea of a flat fee realtor, but Mike made me a believer and saved us a ton of money. As first time sellers, I was unsure of the process. Mike walked us through every part of the selling process. He was thorough and delivered in a big way on the marketing of our home, leading to multiple offers. Once an offer was accepted, Mike coordinated with local companies to repair a few issues prior to close. He was always available when we required assistance and is extremely knowledgeable not just in the Yuma market, but with real estate as a whole. I cannot recommend his services enough.

Mike helped us find our second home and sell my first home. He was so easy to work with and always made himself available to show me a house. That was so important for me to find in a realtor. Not to mention, it felt like I was speaking to a friend and not just making a transaction.
