I had a very positive experience buying a townhouse. Heidi helped me understand the process and navigate the many documents required for getting a mortgage. She made it as easy as possible and even came to my house to pick up paper and meet me in person. She is friendly and reassuring. I would recommend Bay Equity to those who need a mortgage when buying property.
