5-Star Review of Heather Rauh, REALTOR® @ HomeSmart Realty Group

Heather is hands down the best real estate agent I’ve met throughout my entire home-buying journey. I represented myself as the buyer, and even though Heather represented the seller, she worked incredibly hard for both sides every step of the way. She truly has a genuine heart and always made me feel like she cared about more than just closing a transaction. I was involved in a short sale that started in mid-February and didn’t close until the end of May. As anyone who has gone through a short sale knows, the process can be long, stressful, and full of uncertainty. Throughout it all, Heather stayed on top of every detail, consistently followed up with the lender, kept the process moving forward, and never stopped advocating to get us across the finish line. Her communication was excellent from start to finish. She was always responsive, professional, honest, and a true joy to work with. There were many times during the process when I almost gave up. In fact, I submitted offers on other properties while waiting for this one. But every time, I backed out because I genuinely wanted Heather to be the one to earn the sale. Her work ethic, positive attitude, and kind heart deserved my business. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who truly cares, works tirelessly for her clients, and goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Heather enough. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Heather, for all of your hard work, dedication, and support. We couldn’t have done it without you! ❤️🏡🔑

Where to begin! If you want responsive, whip smart, deep knowledge, and total advocacy Heather is your realtor. She represented me thru 4 offers as I wandered around Salem trying to find THE RIGHT HOUSE. Her deal making was a co-created experience with her expertise and my desires nailing offers accepted. However, she also strongly counseled inspections so 3 of the 4 indicated issues and repairs beyond my willingness to proceed. Her attitude was let’s keep looking….we’ll find the right one. AND WE DID. You will be kept in the loop on ALL things needed to close your purchase. She is connected to the best partners like mortgage broker, title, inspection and repair professionals. Her communication is prompt and thoroughly documented. We worked together for months to find my dream home. She will make it happen for you, too!

Heather is outstanding. She's incredibly quick, knowledgeable, savvy - and knows how to look out for you. She listened deeply to understand my needs (and my crazy ideas!) and provided data-informed insights to help me make quick decisions. She also has an incredible network of people who can help you move forward with whatever real estate path you're taking (whether preparing your home to sell or exploring your options for renting your house), all with an eye to your budget and timeline. I recommend her a 1000 times over - you won't find a better person to work with!

call this out to Inspect her open fireplace and move forward with installing a wood insert great to work with very motivated and enthusiastic. I was so impressed hearing her talking to clients on the phone in such a professional manner and also a great person to work with. She also called us at a later date to inspect a chimney on a real estate transaction. We really appreciated working with you Heather and the referrals have been great thank you so much.
