Heather is hands down the best real estate agent I’ve met throughout my entire home-buying journey. I represented myself as the buyer, and even though Heather represented the seller, she worked incredibly hard for both sides every step of the way. She truly has a genuine heart and always made me feel like she cared about more than just closing a transaction. I was involved in a short sale that started in mid-February and didn’t close until the end of May. As anyone who has gone through a short sale knows, the process can be long, stressful, and full of uncertainty. Throughout it all, Heather stayed on top of every detail, consistently followed up with the lender, kept the process moving forward, and never stopped advocating to get us across the finish line. Her communication was excellent from start to finish. She was always responsive, professional, honest, and a true joy to work with. There were many times during the process when I almost gave up. In fact, I submitted offers on other properties while waiting for this one. But every time, I backed out because I genuinely wanted Heather to be the one to earn the sale. Her work ethic, positive attitude, and kind heart deserved my business. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who truly cares, works tirelessly for her clients, and goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Heather enough. Heather is outstanding. She's incredibly quick, knowledgeable, savvy - and knows how to look out for you.
