Hearts Haven Home Inspections LLC

working with Hearts Haven Home Inspections LLC was an incredibly positive (and appeasing) experience, especially for a first-time home buyer. Steve and his wife were informative, kind and responsive by phone, and email. They presented me with a book on what to expect about owning a home and made regular maintenance recommendations. Post-inspection Steve reviewed the inspection report with me thoroughly and went beyond what I expected in terms of answering questions and providing analysis of the home's condition. Money and time well spent. Highly recommend Heart Haven Home Inspection LLC for their honesty, professionalism and care!

I'm a realtor, Steve and Marg are very thorough, professional and responsive. They make sure the clients questions are addressed and their reports are very detailed with many photos and details of the issues which makes it easy to obtain bids, refer back to down the road when the client wants to do the work, or understand completely what the scope of work is. I have found them to be one of the few companies that check every electrical outlet, they also have a really cool robot that has a 360 degree view camera that they put down into the crawl space if its too small for a person to fit. They are very affordable for the detail in their reports. I highly recommend this team.

It was a pleasure working with Steve and his wife. He was extremely thorough and took the time to walk us through our new home explaining items on the inspection report. He even went above and beyond coming back out to the property after we closed to help us with a question we had. Steve is professional, easy to work with and explains things in an easy to understand manner. He loves what he does and it shows. We highly recommend Hearts Haven Home Inspections!
