    This is the second place I've purchased hearing aids from. My experience has been nothing but outstanding. My initial visit was with Christie and after much discussion settled on the pair I purchased. Since then Billie and Chris have done everything to make my visits wonderful. I can get them cleaned as often as I like. They're always happy to make adjustments and recommendations about different things like tips. I am just exceedingly please with the this place and the staff. They always treat me like an old friend and are happy to see me. I trust them to not steer me wrong and will always do their very best. Just go and meet them you'll see.

    Having poor hearing for years, I thought I couldn’t afford hearing aids. You know, those smalls ones that work with your iPhone. Then my best friend introduced me to Chris and the lovely lady at the Norman store! (I can’t recall her name, yikes! I know, and she is so friendly) This was in 2019. Chris got me tested and gave me a pair to try. Right them! I tried them for 30 day and my wife and friends were more satisfied than me! LOL! They loved not having to repeat themselves over and over! Then Chris gave me a price I could live with and I haven’t regretted it once! So fast forward to Feb, 2020. One ear piece stopped working. Now keep in mind, I have not been in their office for nearly 9 months or longer. Both Chris and the lady, immediately recognized me! It was like I was there yesterday! After chatting a bit, Chris took both hearing aids to the back and worked his magic! Evidently it was just a bit dirty! Keep in mind, I thought I was going to have to buy a new piece! Nope! I walked out better than when I walked in! You just don’t receive this level of service anymore. I am so grateful my buddy took me to “HEAR AGAIN” in 2019 and grateful for Chris and staff! They are simply the best!
