The massage therapists here are friendly and professional. They check in periodically on the amount of pressure, allowing you to feel relaxed but still loosen your muscles. I enjoy having cupping added and done on my back. For me, this helps release even more back tension. This is a clean practice that kept me feeling safe during COVID times. I would definitely recommend them!

I have been going to Echo for craniosacral therapy for several months and since I started seeing her I have not been back to the chiropractor. My back, neck and body feel better than it has in years. I feel like I stand straighter and can move better. Highly recommend.
