John is the BEST! Called in a crisis because a hose faucet froze and burst and our whole house lost water. John was super friendly and helpful over the phone, at one point directly asking, "What's the best way I can help you?" We decided to video-call and he was very helpful and patient while I ran all over the property showing him grainy video of pipes and valves. With his recommendations we got the right parts and fixed the pipe all on our own. John wouldn't even take payment! Absolutely the nicest and most helpful person I've met recently.
