Great experience with Haught all around.. The technician was very professional, efficient, and kind. He took time to explain the problem to me and completed the job in a timely manner.

Our AC stopped working on a Sunday morning, and Haught had a technician at our house within about 30 minutes of our initial call. That kind of response time on a weekend was impressive. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor, replaced it, and also took the time to check the system pressures to make sure everything else was operating properly. Our system is older, and I especially appreciated that there was no attempt to turn a straightforward repair into a sales pitch for a new unit. The after-hours service fee was clearly disclosed upfront, so there were no surprises. The entire experience was quick, professional, and straightforward, and we had cold air again in no time. Very pleased with Haught and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Alfonso and his crew were outstanding! They worked hard in extreme heat and did what they needed to do to install a new unit in our home. Kudos to he and his crew, and to Haught Air. The company has always been prompt, professional, and reasonable on their pricing. Highly recommended!
