MEGAN MEGAN MEGAN! She’s excellent. Went wayyy well above and beyond to get me what I needed in my allotted time frame. Drove all the way to Salem to get what I was looking for, if that’s not customer service is I don’t know what is. Deserves a raise to say the least, whatever you do please don’t get rid of her. Will definitely be back to purchase from her again.

I was looking for jewelry stores that sold pocket watches and/or were able to engrave one. The person I spoke with was very helpful. I'd recommend this store and staff to anyone with jewelry questions.

Megan is OUTSTANDING!! She is amazing at communicating and actually cares!! She is the reason my fiancé was able to propose on our trip together, instead of relying on the mail she personally picked up my ring and drove it where it needed to go, going out of her way! She was so helpful throughout the entire process, November-May start to finish helping us customize my engagement ring fully. I am so thankful for her and all she did for us. Buying and customizing a ring could not have been any easier or gone any smoother!! I would 10000% recommend this store and when you are there ASK FOR MEGAN she is such an amazing asset to this store I can’t wait to keep doing business with her!! 🩵
