Warning
1. They said my ignition needs rewired
2.Broke down next day
3.Towed it back, I waited 2 to 3 days before I had to eventually call them back,this went on for 2 weeks
4. I asked to talk to Harold the owner 3 separate times , no call no show
5. The Service writer said the new distributer the installed was faulty and put new one in
6. I picked up truck stuttering while I talked to Service Writer and asked him , what to do its plainly goin to break down ,can I have my money back
7.Service Writer said Harold wouldnt do that unless it completely fails again , once again Harold no where in sight
8.Truck fails in traffic on a Sunday HAROLDS QUALITY Auto Service don't have secure night drop, Service Writer tells me if truck fails on weekend just tow to my house and they would reimburse me the tow and they would have it towed to there shop
9.SO , TRUCK FAILED THE SAME WAY IT ALWAYS DID
10. THEY BLAMED IT ON MY alternator KEPT MY 600.00 AND 70 FOR TOW
AGAIN HAROLD NO WHERE INSIGHT
BY THE WAY NAPA CERTIFIED IS SOMETHING YOU SHOULD READ UP ON ,ONLY ONE CERTIFIED MECH ON DUTY IS REQUIRED
I HAD TO TOW TRUCK TO A SHOP MORE CERTIFIED FOR MY ISSUE
