I found Harold's years ago when he was off Lancaster. Was impressed with the counter person/ mechanic at the time (still am even though he does not work there any more). Took several cars in for minor and major repairs...never had a problem,
Then recently (6 months ago) to have my newly acquired 2006 Uplander Service van inspected.

Inaccurate Quote
Wife called for a quote for a valve cover gasket. Went from a few hundred, closer to a thousand. A bit disappointing as I usually get better prices from Harold’s than other competitors.
