Please, please please, Harold, get someone to file your daily invoices under the customer's name, and keep the records in the shop. That would be of great benefit when needing to go back and review what was done to our cars, previously. If you want to really honor your customers, get computerized! Once set up, you would never regret going that route. I love bringing my car to be repaired/serviced at Harold's. I know I get treated well and get charged a fair price for what is done. Thank you.
