Highly recommend Harmony Renovations! Victor gave great advice to me as new homeowner and new to updating my home. They upgraded our kitchen & bathrooms with new flooring and painting. I love with the work they did & Victor and his wife were so kind and pleasant to work with. They also had speedy recommendations and contacts when we had unforeseen issues so that the work was completed for us in a timely manner even with plumbing issues. I look forward to using their services for all of our future renovation needs!

Super easy to work with, would recommend to everyone! Excellent quality work (built is a new deck, replaced all windows and updated our front porch), can’t recommend enough. Next big house update we know who we will be calling. Can never go wrong with a family owned business!

My wife and I live out of state. We are both real estate investors and have worked with many general contractors over the years. So we understand how difficult this project could be and things can go wrong especially living out of the state. I was referred to Harmony Renovations by my sister. To get started we were able to meet with Victor and explain to him what I wanted. I told him I wanted to convert my deceased father’s house from an owner occupied property to a rental property. During that first meeting he understood the scope of our project and was able to provide recommendations where needed. His estimate was thorough and very detailed. His prices were very reasonable. Victor was professional and very helpful through out the whole process. He was detailed and was able to provide guidance and assistance throughout the project. His crew was very friendly and stayed on task. Victor was easy to work with and he went above and beyond our expectations. Even when we changed our minds Victor was flexible and extremely patient. Victor would adjust his schedule no matter what time (with in reason) to meet with us when we came to town. By us living out of state we needed someone that was trustworthy, dependable, and could work without being supervised. My only regret is that I did not own another house in the city for him to work on. I definitely will be using Harmony Renovations in the future. (Note: I have added before and after pictures.)
