I've been seeing Dr. John LeGat at Hands On Health Care for over 30 years now and he is absolutely the best there is. Not only has he helped me get relief from pain caused by multiple injuries, but he has also provided me with exercises and stretching techniques that make it unnecessary to visit him on a regular basis. He's very honest and has never tried to get me to commit to unnecessary treatments. I highly recommend Hands On Health Care!

John is an excellent chiropractor, and really good guy too! In my work as a physical therapist, I occasionally find that specific spinal manipulation is indicated, and I have no hesitation referring patients over to John. I greatly appreciate his skills and knowledge.
