They are fast when it comes to anything. I had a great experience with them for a year recently. I just moved out a property on 3-26-23 . I'm not sure how fast we get our deposit back, but we will update you all. And oh, they directly deposit you your refund it's a cool option. I left the home in a move in ready condition . But other than that, Allison is who I dealt with mostly, and Jay is great.
