Hackett Brothers Automotive

Where do I begin? I will start by saying that Hackett Brothers is irrefutably the best auto service shop I have ever taken my car to! I will use them for all future services on my Cadillac. My compressor stopped functioning on my Cadillac and they provided me with an in-depth explanation of what happened and what my options were. By the next business day, the AC was back working in my car and I am very pleased. All of the employees are so pleasant and amiable. While I waited in the lobby, one of the employees made me some fresh popcorn :) I love Hackett Brothers and from now on, my husband and I will take both of our cars to them for all services!!

They are professional, timely, and knowledgeable, while being incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. I will absolutely be back again and again for car maintenance. They patiently explained to me anything that was going on with my vehicle, and didn’t pressure me to do/buy anything (as opposed to other dealerships and automotive repair businesses I have dealt with in the past). Reasonable pricing, and quality work. Absolutely recommend!

My daughter's windshield washer fluid kept leaking out onto the garage floor, so we assumed she had a cracked reservoir. I called Hackett Brothers, and the man I spoke to was very friendly and got me in for an appointment quickly. I turned out to be a kinked tube that needed to be repaired, so we had the car back in less than 2 hours. When we picked it up, the person who serviced it made some time to talk to use about the repair. Thanks!
