Gursha Eats

So happy that Salem now has an Ethiopian restaurant so we no longer have to drive to Portland. My husband and I had a wonderful experience, ordering vegetarian, chicken, and beef options off the menu. Service was prompt and friendly. Please support Gursha Eats and spread the word. It may have been the owner who served us, but he said they were giving the place a trial run to see if they will stick around. Salem needs this!

First of all, go support this family and their restaurant! The staff is so lovely and the food was amazing. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy their coffee experience. They let us know we can expect a bigger menu soon!

finally. after dozens of drives to portland for ethiopian food we now have a fantastic spot right here in salem oregon. it is as great if not even better than those. and thats after only being open for a week. every bite of every dish was wonderfully filled with flavor. super kind and friendly folks running the place. please please give them a visit to help make them a successful and long term salem favorite. we supported them in their indiegogo campaign and this was our amazing dinner for two for that.
