Andrey and his team went the extra mile in helping us move production gear from our warehouse to the park. Besides transporting the gear to the event location they even helped us set up the stage. Appreciate the efficient and hard working crew!!!

I unfortunately did not have a great experience with my move with this company. I’m a single person that moved to a studio apartment with a bed, couch, coffee table, entertainment stand/tv with a couple other small furniture items. I asked if taking apart my bed and assembling it would be okay and their boss said yes. My two movers get here and they seem confused that they had to take a part the bed frame. Was using an Alan wrench then asked if I had a drill. That took them a long time. Then one asked to take everything out of my dresser because it was “too heavy” to carry. I asked them to focus on the big items and they kept asking to take things out of our hands because it is their job to help. Which would be great if they were moving quickly. My friend and I filled our cars twice by the time they filled their truck. Also mind you, my new apartment I moved into was 2 minutes down the road. So by the time they got there and started unloading, I was finishing cleaning my old apartment. I get a call from my friend who told me they put duct tape all over my entertainment stand. And it ripped and ruined it all over. There are 4 giant pieces of ripped duct tape on my entertainment stand. They started at my apartment around 1015. They finished at 330. It took them 5 and a half hours to move one persons things. They wanted me to sign and pay 960 dollars for this move. I told them I am not signing or paying anything till this is resolved with my entertainment stand. When I talked to their boss, he seems to be just as confused why they were taking so long. Then when I mention my tv stand he offers a $50 discount. I paid over $200 for this. Then offers me $50-$100 entertainment stands off Facebook market place. The movers sat in their truck and must have called their boss because they came back out and told me they were taking $200 off the bill, for a total of $760 I paid. I truly expected this to only take 2-3 hours max. 5 and a half hours. And that was with me filling my car and my friends car. This was supposed to make my life easier and now I’m out over $700 and with a ruined tv stand. I gave 2 stars because they at least took the $200 off my final bill.

Exceptional service. I had to move last minute for work and was very overwhelmed so I picked the first moving company that popped up on google and I’m so glad I did. They were very accommodating and clear with communication, fair pricing, and the movers that helped me, Dominic and Jessie, were so kind and professional. They took care of my stuff as if it were their own and made my move in process smooth and painless.
