Brenda (store manager) and Josh (sales) were top notch during my entire purchase process. I bought my first ever tractor (bx1880) and they took time to explain all the levers and operations, test drive, and answer all of my questions with patience. I was dreading this thinking it would be like a car salesman experience. I 100% recommend the Kubota Norman store. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process including financing piece which was quick/easy. Go see Brenda and Josh!

Purchased a new Kubota front loader. None in the DFW area. Since we paid cash it was very fast. They had everything ready to go. One sheet of paper with a signature and out the door. Helpful staff showed us the basics. Then they assisted us to get it loaded on our trailer. Got back home to Texas in a short time. Round trip 6hrs and we were ready to go.
The staff at Great Plains is very friendly! Mike Hutchens was extremely helpful. Easily transaction I’ve ever made!
