In April of 2019 we went with Great Northern Builders to renovate and finish our basement. Wanting to keep the company we chose local, we met with a few local contractors before Great Northern Builders. After meeting with the owner Len, we immediately knew we wanted to use them for our project. Len was professional, knowledgeable and brought ideas for our space no one else did. GNB was enthusiastic about the project and came up with designs to maximize the space that we never would have thought of on our own. They were on time and on budget. All employees we interacted with were friendly and courteous. Very skilled workers who produced quality work. They utilized an app to show the calendar of work, budget, picture sharing of the progress of work completed and a fast easy way to communicate. We are very excited to work with Great Northern Builders again this summer as they build a deck for a new pool. We highly recommend this respectful, honest and kind company.
