Russell and Desmond did an excellent job replacing my 29 year old Lenox furnace with an 85 000 BTU high efficiency furnace. My dog and i are so happy we are warm. Ive been wearing a hoodie and skullcap for a week and my hands couldnt get warm. Ed was also great to work with. Highly recommend. Update = I turned on the AC as the weather warmed up and for some reason the air wouldn't come on. Ed personally came out in the middle of a thunderstorm, checked all the wiring on the new furnace then we went outside. I held an umbrella as he trimmed a pop up weed tree that was trying to keep him from the unit. He worked for an hour but we couldn't get the fan blade going even though the compressor worked. The next morning the next big gun and owner Tyler, yes, Tyler from the commercials on FACEBOOK with the beautiful baby came out. After about 10 minutes he had the problem diagnosed and the fan started whirring. These guys support their work, they will make it right and resolve your problems even when others would charge setvice calls and make you sweat. There was no charge as Tyler viewed it as part of the whole project. God bless him and Great Lakes Heating and Cooling. They earned your business. ❤️
