My pamper sesh was everything that I had hoped for and I left feeling completely relaxed. Josh explained how he views and does his massages before we started and I knew right away that my session was going to be amazing! I’ll be booking another session soon.

I can’t recommend Josh enough. I first saw Josh in June when I was half way through the Appalachian Trail and experiencing a lot of back pain from my pack. He was able to get the knots out and it made a huge difference for the remainder of the trail. I knew I needed to call Josh again after the trail when I was a few months past my finish date and still experiencing back and foot pain. Not only did he help get a lot of the knots out, he explained why I was experiencing the foot pain (tight calves). This was a huge help as I like to stay active and was worried about being sidelined from the pain. Definitely book an appointment if you are experiencing pain!
