Gold's Gym

This is an older gym but the do have some New equipment. The spin bikes are great. The ellipticals and treadmills are a little on the older side. Overall this is a decent gym and judging by the size of the crowd tonight, it’s one of the more popular ones. The bathroom and shower facilities are average….verging on below average. They need to up their game here.

Great staff!!!! Greetings at door is great here but wish pro shop had a little more stock. Like to buy some more shirts and hats. Been with Golds since 1993. My home. Love this gym!!!!! Thanks for being number one in services

This has been my gym for 7 years. The staff is always welcoming, and they are willing to help with any issue you may have. Jalynne is very helpful with whatever I have needed during my workouts. Overall this is a great, clean gym.
