I wanted two of my kitchen cabinet doors glass. A small hiccup occurred but this company EXCEEDED my expectations getting the job done. Company is EFFICIENT, provides EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and most IMPORTANTLY, CARES about SATISFYING the customer and CONTINUING their great REPUTATION by producing QUALITY work. The Owner, the gentleman still there after hours and the lady I spoke with over the phone went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me. I wish there were ten stars to give because this company has earned and deserve them all. This will be my ONLY go to glass company. THANK YOU.

I contacted Glass Doctor Gwinnett via the chat on the website and got a quick, engaging response from Issac. After agreeing on a price, Walter came to measure for the replacement window. A week later, Jonathan called to say he had the window on his truck and would see me in 30 minutes. Another tech, John, met him to install, clean up and polish the new window (which matches the other two). Prompt, polite, and really good at what they do. This has been a 10 out of 10 experience. Can you tell which one was replaced?

Final comment: They came yesterday and did our Master Bathroom glass. Slight hiccup with billing, but one phone call fixed that. Our Point of Contact throughout this process was Caitlin Wait. She was nothing but professional, and very good at her job on top of that. Ask for Caitlin! Update 4/04/2022 Slight snafu today. They were supposed to replace our Master Bath window this am. I will say that Frank, the GM took ownership. Due to scheduling conflicts and future time restrictions, the work has to be delayed till summer now. Original Review: Had a windowpane replaced that was broken by our late son. Kaitlin was my primary point of contact throughout the process. She was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous. She’s an effective gate keeper. She scheduled for both the initial review and installation. There were some issues with the person that was actually coming out. Cancelling last minute, and trying to put on us on the next day. Throughout that though Kaitlin was at the helm. Ultimately, Frank the GM had to get involved in the installation. He took ownership, and never make excuses. Communicated honestly what the problem was. The actual installation was quick and efficient. I am very glad to see new glass where the broken was for far too long. They’ll be doing our Master Bathroom window glass in April.
