Yume is my go to guy to eloquently answer my insurance questions. When my car was involved in an accident, he helped me layout all of my options so I could make an informed decision. State Farm also (for me) is the cheapest insurance around, so it's definitely a no brainer.

Yume went above and beyond my expectations by generously spending so much extra time with me to go over all of my granular questions and hypothetical scenarios. He explained everything so thoroughly, gave me objective advice, and made the entire process so comfortable and reassuring. Not once did it feel like a sales call. I knew he had my best interests in mind, and he made sure I understood everything comprehensively before making a decision, no pressure whatsoever. 100% highly recommend working with Yume and his team. They are incredibly thorough, genuine, and generous with sharing their time and expertise.

I have had State Farm for quite a few years and I couldn't be happier! Laura and Yume have been amazing. Every time that I hear a State Farm commercial and the "like a good neighbor" jingle, I think to myself how well these two fit the bill. When I was purchasing my first home and was offered home owners insurance, I proudly told them "I have State Farm". Honestly, I don't see myself ever changing insurance.
