Gerber Collision and Glass did a great job repairing the front end damage to my Mazda. I am super impressed by their culture of active and passive communication to keep you well informed by telephone call and text messages with transparent pricing - No Surprises! Ultimately, everyone I have worked with at Gerber Duluth has been super friendly and genuinely interested in me being a satisfied customer. The work is beautiful, they dealt with Allstate on my behalf and completed the work 11 days earlier than expected. I tried a dealer shop around the corner first. After 3 1/2 months of rolling appointments to drop the car off I asked Allstate to find me someone else. They recommended Gerber Duluth and I see why! It is obvious you have good management and a healthy customer culture because you all enjoy what you do.
