I was scheduled to see another doctor who was out of the office that day, but thankfully the ladies at the front worked hard to get me rescheduled with Dr. Reusser at the walk-in at the same time as my original appointment. I had never seen Dr. Reusser before, but from the start I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge about my condition. He was quick to come up with a new treatment plan for me as my current plan wasn’t working. Throughout our visit he was excellent at explaining his rationale for all of the treatments he prescribed. I felt at ease with him due to his non-judgmental, objective approach to medicine. I am happy with the plan he came up with and feel it is best-suited to my needs as a patient. I am so glad that I got to see Dr. Reusser, and I plan to schedule any future primary care appointments with him. Thank you!
