As a contractor I'm constantly in need of insurance certificates and other compliance for customers. Betsy Ralston and her team are quick and thorough, and always have answers to my questions. Best part of working with Betsy is her vigilance when it comes to finding the best rates. I just received a call from her informing me that she saw my business vehicle premium renewal (big increase) and took it upon herself to shop around. She just saved me $2,000/year!!! a 48% savings!!!
