GCGCBIC has completed a Bedroom & bathroom addition on my house in Tampa and did a great job. His crew was professional and they showed up everyday until the job was complete. The city did throw us some curve balls and his team handled them with ease.
I hired Mike after having water damage in a condo. Because it needed to be fixed we then redid bathroom with a tight time line as I had tenants moving within a week when I found out about him. I went with him because they had a time line that worked for me to make sure I didn't lose a tenant. They put in new tub, put in tile in shower , new floor and vanity . He also did some drywall in 2 closets . He was very responsive, gave me links to purchase things I needed for job to make it run smooth. Picked up much of the things I ordered for job. They were responsive, kept me In the loop and listened to the ideas I had . Have a reasonable price for most of the work especially considering this was a tight window to complete The job. The work came out amazing and have the water damage fixed and a whole new absolutely gorgeous bathroom. I live in the northeast so far away from Tampa area but I am thankful I found him due to the fact of the quality of the work and responsiveness I needed as an out of state client . He gave various ways to pay including credit card which was great . I know when I want yo update any of my other properties I will definitely reach out the GCGCBIZ
