We were in a pinch four days before Christmas. The embroidery service I had used in the past had an equipment breakdown and contacted me the Monday before Christmas saying they wouldn’t be able to complete my job. I contacted five other companies before Gateway Impressions, and none of them could do it. Honestly I didn’t realize the company was there, and I live 10 minutes away. These guys stepped up and not only finished my job earlier than quoted, but did a fantastic job!!’ I will not forget their customer service and will go nowhere else in the future.
