Not many companies I can give 5 stars to, but this is one I can. The quote provided was not a canned solution like the other quotes we received. The solution for my gate was much better than their competitors and was about 30 percent less than the others. They installed the gate professionally and promptly and works better than anticipated.
After many years, I finally have a nice back gate! 😊 I appreciated the hard work, the skillful, and the politeness from these young men. Therefore, I provided them with my warm home-made food. It was my usual dishes: eggrolls, crab rangoon, Jasmin steamed rice with my favorite soy sauce, stirred fried vegetables, and fresh fruit. After completion, before they headed home, I tipped them with some cash and again: take-home dinner 😊. I'm so satisfied with their work because they went above and beyond their service to make their customers happy and satisfied. They removed my old fence for no charge (un related to the quote), and installed a handle for my gate when Justin came back to check for satisfaction. I highly recommended this team and will give 6 stars if there's an option. I for sure will use them again in the future. Thank you, Justin and your awesome team. Best wishes to you all.
