Frontier Hospice

Frontier Hospice took excellent care of my dad through the end of his last days here on earth. They communicate, and the nurse that was dispatched on the night my dad passed (Paul) was very compassionate and respectful. Thank you so much for your wonderful service during our difficult time.

Honestly they deserve much more than 5 stars. From Brandi's initial visit and the way she took such quick action to ensure comfort, not just for the patient but for our entire family, Brian the Chaplin who offered so much advice and guidance, to Paul and the comfort and joy he was able to bring in such a time of sadness, I could never repay those 3 for what they did for our family during such a hard time. The questions they answered and the way they handled everything was more than we would've ever imagined. Paul got a round of applause and standing ovation from our entire family as he left our home. He said that was a first for him but he deserves so much more than that. The compassion Paul showed was so touching. He took time to explain things to us and teach us such valuable information in the final moments. It made a very sad situation memorable in a positive light that I don't know we would've experienced without Paul's guidance. What Frontier did for our family is something we will never truly be able to show appreciation for. Thank you doesn't even seem adequate for what you all did for us.

I have over 25 years of healthcare recruiting and administration support experience. I always find it enjoyable when I can compare services and service providers to see who EARNS a 5 star rating. My mother is 95 and has dementia/Alzheimer's disease as well as breast cancer that is inoperable. When signing up with Frontier I was skeptical at first as I am with most home care organizations until they deliver on what they advertise. The ENTIRE STAFF of the MOORE, OK location and the Oklahoma City area have not only met and achieved their deliverables as promised, they have exceeded all expectations. The nursing staff, the home care aides that give the baths, the social workers, the management and administration team, the doctors, and let's not leave out the service people that deliver the hospital beds, the bedside commodes, shower chairs and oxygen, all do so without making the patient or the patients family feel as though they are imposing on the staff. They have been quick to respond and helpful in many ways. The social worker has been extremely helpful in identifying extra assistance that I needed help with for mom in her home. While we are still new to the Frontier Hospice Care processes, I am relieved knowing that help is never more than a phone call away. If you are seeking a hospice company that truly demonstrates "the patient comfort and care first" mindset, then look no further than Frontier Hospice. It appears to me that they have a very workable process and the patient to support staff ratio appears to be working well as the response time for special requests have not shown any degradation in service. Keep up the good work Frontier Hospice. Your professionalism and your compassion are heads and shoulders above many others.
