Fraser Roofing, LLC

Had a great experience working with Fraser Roofing! Eric Rice, of Fraser was super to work with. Initially, in investigating the level of damage from a storm, Fraser provided excellent assessment support and preparation, in advance of me deciding to file a claim and contacting my home insurance provider. As the process progressed, Fraser continued their support to help represent my property as a subject matter expert in the multiple exchanges with our insurance provider, who was reluctant initially on the claim. Very pleased with their honest support and knowledgeable counsel and reliable commitment to me as I advanced a claim for roof damage, from initial denial to finally acceptance of the claim, and ultimately to full roof replacement and project closeout. Once the claim was accepted and established, Fraser provided me with excellent array of choices before we decided on particulars. All my concerns with the proposed work and materials were readily addressed with no pressure. Once set, the crew came on the date agreed and performed the install in one day. Communication during the process was great, and we always felt that Fraser was fully committed to our roofing needs as the work proceeded, not just prior to the contract. I especially appreciated the efforts to keep me apprised while work was progressing using quality drone photography and a repository of photos So overall, I give Fraser 5 stars for a great experience and great final product! Great work Fraser Roofing!

Josh & Evan did a Great job. My new roof looks Amazing and makes the whole house POP!!! State Farm sent me a quote and after reviewing Josh sent an appeal and State Farm reconsidered and awarded me what I wanted. Throughout the replacing of the roof they sent me reports of the progress. It was a great experience and I would refer them to anyone I know who needs a roof. Josh was very nice and patient with me if I did not understand something. Great job guys. Very Cool Roofer Dudes!!

Josh and his crew not only did a amazing job with the installation our new roof but was very professional and thorough from the the time of the estimate to after job was done, both on time and within the estimate. I have also used Fraser in the past with roof repairs and based on that I could not think of anyone else to call. Not only was Josh professional but is also the most ethical roofer I have met. You cannot go wrong with Josh and Fraser Roofing.
