Cam is very nice and communicative. We especially appreciate she really listens to our needs and not trying to push higher price properties. We are first time home buyers, naturally need a lot of advice and help in the process. I feel like we are able to trust her advice and going through the process smoothly. Ben Heimark was fabulous. We found out the house we had rented for 10 yrs was going to be put on the market. We contacted Ben that night and he agreed to show us a house at 8am the next morning. We toured the house and made an offer that afternoon. Within 48 hours of finding out we needed to move Ben had negotiated us an offer that save us 10K off what we thought we would be spending. We could not believe it. The house is in excellent condition and Ben is so well connected that we got fantastic financing with zero down. We didn't think we were in a good position to buy but Ben was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. we were in the best hands and are now going to be closing on our dream home three weeks after being notified we need to move.
