Fox Property Management Services

Shannon, is a super knowledgeable, and experienced property manager. She involves herself in all aspects of the property. Finds all the support a property owner needs to manage their investment successfully. She stays informed on all the community fees and taxes. Plus she is fun to work with !

When we decided to rent out our home in Redmond, OR and wanted to find a property manager in Bend we asked around and Shannon from Fox Management Services came highly recommended. Shannon has done an outstanding job of managing our rental home and tenants. This was something completely new to us and she took the time to explain everything and answer every question we had. We were also apart of picking the best renters and their approval process. She is very thorough and professional. It's been a real pleasure working with her. She's been fantastic from day one especially dealing with the issues of a broken garbage disposal, heater, and the air conditioning unit. She kept us in the loop and uses the best contractors in Central Oregon to get the job done quickly and cost-effectively. I highly recommend Shannon and Fox Management Services to any property owners or tenants.
