I highly recommend this company for any foundation related projects. The office team, the project team, the foreman team and the on-site team worked seamlessly for our basement renovation project. They are very knowledgable on overall scope of work and responsive to my inquiries. When the on-site team made a mistake with the size of the egress well, they quickly put all resources to fix it. Our project went much longer because of the city of Portland permitting process and the historical district review relayed stuff. I would like to thank the office team for supporting dealing with the permitting related stuff and all of my email inquiries.

The team at Foundations First has been amazing. They went over and above when they came to do the work, helping me move a heavy washer and dryer out of the way and then moving them back into place afterward, even though that was outside the scope of what they were required to do. They were kind and respectful while they were in my home, and they patiently answered all my questions. At the end of the job, they cleaned up well after themselves, which saved me a bunch of work. When i had some water damage occur after the fact, the big boss came out and did an assessment, answered tons more questions and offered reassurance, and let me know they would come out and fix the issue if it got worse. Then, the crew came back and patched up the areas that needed it. They stand by the quality of their work and are genuinely god people. I highly recommend them!
