Particularly for first time homebuyers, I can't recommend Dave more highly. He walked us through the process in great detail, he was attentive to our interests in homes/suggestions, he never tried to push us into a deal (in 18 months of working together), and everyone that he recommended we work with was also top notch. The number of times we texted him at/after 9:00 PM with a set of houses we wanted to see and he had them set up for Monday was higher than I would care to admit. If you need an experienced, patient, honest buyer's agent, you won't go wrong with Dave.

Not only did Dave sell us are home, but he also married us a year after we moved in and now helped us sell the same home due to work relocating us to Central Oregon. He is very active with communicating eith us but presenting what he thought met our criteria for our home and was prompt to get us access to view the house. Dave did an outstanding job with the sale of our home and helped with the purchase of our new home. Dave is very personable and is an extremely honest and outstanding individual.
