Not only did Dave sell us are home, but he also married us a year after we moved in and now helped us sell the same home due to work relocating us to Central Oregon. If you are looking for a Fantastic Realtor Dave is your man! He will go above and beyond to find you the perfect home. Thank you Dave for everything :-)
Dave Pautsch made what could have been a stressful home sale feel easy. From the moment he took over as our listing agent, he treated us like family — always responsive, honest, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for us, not just closing a deal. His experience really showed; he navigated some bumps in the process with calm professionalism and clear communication every step of the way. If you’re selling your home in Corvallis, Dave is the agent you want in your corner. Years of experience, second-to-none service, and a level of care that’s hard to find. We can’t recommend him enough.
Particularly for first time homebuyers, I can't recommend Dave more highly. He walked us through the process in great detail, he was attentive to our interests in homes/suggestions, he never tried to push us into a deal (in 18 months of working together), and everyone that he recommended we work with was also top notch. The number of times we texted him at/after 9:00 PM with a set of houses we wanted to see and he had them set up for Monday was higher than I would care to admit. If you need an experienced, patient, honest buyer's agent, you won't go wrong with Dave.
I truly appreciate Dave. My wife and I just bought our first house with the help of Dave. He is extremely easy to work with, always available, quick with communication and always sought to satisfy our home needs. He is very active with communicating eith us but presenting what he thought met our criteria for our home and was prompt to get us access to view the house. I especially appreciate that he was very flexible with our schedule and provided much needed insight for first time home buyers. Thank you Dave for being such an amazing person to work side-by-side with. We appreciate your knowledge that you shared along the way and we look forward to being neighbors. Haha. If we decide to buy again we will not be searching for anyone else to aid us in this journey.
Dave did an outstanding job with the sale of our home and helped with the purchase of our new home. Dave is very personable and is an extremely honest and outstanding individual. His real estate knowledge is second to none. Dave helped us negotiate some tough issues (which were non-issues) that came up in the selling of our home! I believe that his expertise and years of real estate knowledge helped us to close the deal. I'm not sure that using less experienced agents would have led to the same great outcome! I would recommend him to anyone 1000% and would not hesitate to use him again! Thank you, Dave, for all your help and friendship. You went above and beyond!!!
