Fort West

We were excited to partner with the team at Fort West. They have demonstrated not just great work that resonates with our audience, but incredibly smart thinking that has helped move our business forward.

I have had the joy of working with Fort West for the last year. They have not only helped define our company's brand guidelines, digital campaigns, graphic art assets, along with so much more. Their partnership is so much more than a vendor they are involved in our business even from 3,000+ miles away.

Highly satisfied with the relationship that was built, the team dynamic as well as the quality of their work and response time, even at times when the deadlines were unreasonable. Sorry :) Fort West went above and beyond to accommodate the style of work culture that was being demanded. They immediately adjusted the traditional agency work model to a more agile dynamic to feel like an extension of our digital team rather than just another hired agency, which was my goal with who we ended up hiring for the job. We held a few long work sessions with key leaders in the company to do deep knowledge transfer. I was highly impressed with the way they deconstructed the existing systems and processes, the type of questions they asked to confirm their understanding of the business. With this level of knowledge about the internal networks, they proposed several directions Banfield could take (with different effort levels and budgets) to renew their technology and make it compatible with the current market demands. Fort West is a company I will not hesitate to hire for my next big project. I like the energy and style they bring to the work environment and every member I’ve met to date has been a very passionate individual with a great work ethic.
